What is the Purpose of this Study?
This study seeks to determine the sociodemographic, clinical, lifestyle/environmental, and molecular determinant of risks and outcomes including but not restricted to following groups of people: (1) patients with confirmed/suspected or possible SARS-CoV-2 exposure/COVID-19 infection, (2) healthcare workers caring for COVID-19 patients, (3) possible, probable, or definite community contacts of COVID-19 patients, (4) possible, probable, or definite regional contacts of COVID-19 patients, (5) anonymous web survey respondents in the community Detailed objectives are provided in the grant.
