The purpose of this study is to examine gastrointestinal organs and tissues with an endoscopic device called ELUXEO Vision, which measures real-time oxygen levels in the tissue and is approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Researchers want to know what normal and abnormal tissues look like when evaluated with this device, as well as whether there are any differences in tissue oxygenation based on the participant’s age, gender, or race. The photos taken will be stored in a secure digital library and can also be used for future research studies. Participants in this study are patients who are having an endoscopic procedure at Cedars-Sinai. Procedures include collection of clinical data and photos of the organs and tissues during the patient’s endoscopic procedure. Through this study, scientists aim to create a library of endoscopic pictures and record the oxygenation levels of gastrointestinal organs.
