The purpose of this expanded access program (EAP), also known as “compassionate use,” is to provide access to an experimental medicine called daraxonrasib (RMC-6236) for patients who have been diagnosed with metastatic pancreatic adenocarcinoma. The EAP is in place for patients who have previously treated metastatic pancreatic adenocarcinoma, have tried available approved treatments, and do not have satisfactory treatment options or are unable to participate in a clinical trial. Care under the EAP will continue as usual and will not involve any additional medical tests or procedures beyond the patient’s usual care.
