Goldrich Center Memory Disorders Research Registry

What is the Purpose of this Study?

Are You Interested in Participating in Alzheimer's Research? Be the first to learn about new Alzheimer's research opportunities. Help advance the field of Alzheimer's disease treatment by participating in research at the Jona Goldrich Center for Alzheimer's and Memory Disorders. Participants will be asked to complete a 10-minute questionnaire. When new research opportunities become available, the Goldrich Center team will notify eligible participants in the registry. The questionnaire information will be stored in our research registry database.


Eligibility

Are you eligible?

  • Ages 40 and older meeting at least one of the following:
  • Family history of Alzheimer's disease or other dementias
  • Diagnosis of mild cognitive impairment or dementia
  • Those with healthy memories interested in Alzheimer's research
